- Planned and conducted the annual Naval Academy Summer Training Program consisting of a $2.1 million budget, over 6000 travel movements worldwide and 3300 midshipmen’s schedules supported by over 100 fleet units, 6 major commands and 15 foreign nations, while operating in a department at 50% manning.
- Routinely executed all goals under budget, saving the government over $100,000 yearly while ensuring the full spectrum of midshipmen fleet exposure and professional training.
- Developed a database to accurately track every midshipman’s activities, transportation, and current location resulting in complete accountability of all 3300 midshipmen.
- Decreased scheduling time by 33% by creating an automated scheduling algorithm.
