Dr. Thomas Millioto is a versatile professional whose working life has crossed into the fields of education, music, sound recording engineering, real estate, and law. The highly regulated real estate industry in New York City requires a thorough understanding of, and training in, many parameters including: technology systems, fair housing laws, business ethics, cultural sensitivity and sexual harassment training, firm policies and procedures, and changes in the law implicit in continuing education requirements and firm communications. This business acumen has been constantly tested in actual business situations through constant interpersonal interactions. Other work highlights include: Working as a paralegal at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, as a teacher at the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, and as a sound recording engineer at the Eastman School of Music. Trained and experienced in demonstrating grace under pressure, Thomas is a natural communicator with creative approaches to navigating both abstract and personal landscapes.
