Duties include: - Strategically develop relationships with existing / working clients.
- Identify potential clients & win new ones for IHG.
- Monitor business level of existing / working clients.
- Monitor sales activity and performance to sales & call targets.
- Strategically develop clients' portfolio & account management.
- Maximize opportunities for InterContinental Hotels Group properties in all regions.
- Drive new business and market share from the portfolio.
- Increase business from existing / working clients. - Targeted revenue from the territory is at agreed & as per set forecast or higher.
- Providing support to clients for products requirements, promotions, etc...
- Providing sales forecasts/ Budgets for designated territory. - Developing interest, awareness & demands for IHG products between clients.
- Insure IHG market share getting increase.
- Market intelligence reports regarding competitors & competition activities.
- Manage and build key external / internal relationships. Achievements:
- Successfully reached and exceeded personal & team targets from 2007 to 2014 with a great increase over and above the targets yearly. - Organize three successful educational trips & three-hosted buyers groups for different destinations - Organize successfully for 6 years consecutive IHG’s Road Show in 7 cities in the GCC & successful Saudi Arabia Sales Blitz (This included 25 hotels from IHG group world wide).
