Aug. 2016Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa · On-siteMy responsibilities are, but not limited to; effective marketing of all available units; general company marketing (digital and print); company branding; administrative duties; developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity; creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns; managing daily social media posts and responses; take photos of vacant units to be used in online marketing campaigns; create and index online photo library of all properties; create marketing videos and marketing brochures; loading and listing all property detail and rental information; creating bi monthly newsletter; communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner; using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, Hubspot and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance; suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results; strong attention to detail; design eye; staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media; performing other duties when needed.
