Originally a client of The Nimble Assistant in 2009, I have grown with them from my initial role of bookkeeping support to HR Alchemist (getting the best out of our people for the company and the best out of the company for the people). As with small companies, I wear many hats. Covering office management, HR tasks and leadership roles make up my work day. I am delighted to exchange my efforts for this team, for this company and for the betterment of this community. HR Generalist: Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, HRMS, company culture nurturer. Leadership: Accountable for Operations Pillar including Employee Investment, Infrastructure, HR, Admin and Compliance. Strategic planning, practical deployment of company goals. One direct report. Administrator: support to the President and two other Partners. typical admin functions company wide. Bookkeeper: Receivables and payables. Event Planning: meetings, team events, special occasions including community events.
