Daily duties consist of: 1) second level peer review - of every claim created and double-checked for superior accuracy in order to be more effective and reaching the deadlines with significant distance. To perform such a job properly I have to know every single country specifics and which of the payment tool to be used, what criteria has to be met. (at the moment we use 7 different payment tools for Performance Bonus payments) On the nature of this main job, i am closely working with the team of 14 people and coordinating the tasks to prevent delays or overloads. 2) Audit focal point – couple times in the year there is request for samples for randomly peeked claims by PWC or Business Control. There was no recommendation yet since I took place at the Second level Peer review, which is positive feedback so far. 3) Reports: - Backlog, twice per week i am exporting all cases from Claim Tracking tool (Lotus Notes based tracking system) and every case has to be commented and send to manager and SME (Subject Matter Experts) for review. Report is added by Pivot table. - Scorecards, is very complex report split by IMTs 4) Posting to Connections: - Approximately 90% of communication towards to Business Partners or to their BPRC is performed by Connections. All this tasks are on top shelf of focus on details and customer satisfaction.
