▪ Perform HR Manager functions. I updated the interview and hiring process. Redesigned employee application documents and processes to bring into compliance with current government regulations. Trained managers on proper procedures to follow to be compliant. Counsel staff as needed in development and disciplinary situations. In both instances, I focus on job improvement/growth to further company’s objectives and professional development.
▪ Research, design, implement and monitor companywide compliance, HR and safety program policies and procedures. ▪ Oversee the day-to-day operations of collections, underwriting, administration and service departments. ▪ Works with ownership to set company strategic objectives. Review financial statements to pinpoint areas for increased budgetary and personnel efficiencies. Design processes to increase workflow between sales department and back offices. ▪ Handle customer complaints. Work with customers to professionally resolve complaints in a mutually beneficial manner. ▪ Review and renew multiply lines of business insurance policies including general liability, health care benefits and workers compensation; to ensure proper coverages were present and that all available discounts were applied to polices. When workers compensation insurance increased state wide I was able to offset 5% of the increase with the addition of our Drug Free Work Place Discount. ▪ Implement technology change. Managed company conversion from a traditional landline phone system to a VOiP system. Managed transition to Office 365. Trained staff on use of both technology changes. Point of contact for troubleshooting. This change increased productivity and communication companywide.
