Manage a delivery team of 600+ people in Canada, India and Australia. Direct responsibility for $90-$100M P&L. Involved in solution development (technology and sales strategy). • Enhanced quality of service delivery by redesigning and restructuring the team and adding key staff to to focus on the client experience and put quality first. • Designed plan to reduce operating costs by $10M and improve gross margins by 10% with growth of 25% YoY. • Focused sales on consultative selling and a risk-based methodology which resulted in net new sales of $5M in FY2018 and $9M in 2019. • Improved ESAT (+5%) and CSAT (+8%) scores in 2018. • Regained client trust and improved the relationship by over-delivering on promises and keeping costs down. • Led audit and security remediation activities, resulting in successfully passing SOC audits in Canada and Australia. • Completed a move out of a full office tower to consolidate staff and reduce costs by over $1.2M per year. • Directed project to implement an Oracle ERP in the cloud including over 115 integrations to other systems. • Spearheaded project to perform technical upgrades to maintain technology currency on 128 in-house and commercial systems used by the client. This had not been done for several years and was impacting ability to provide support. • Led an assessment of the options for a migration to the cloud including reviewing network architecture, DR and backup options, governance, regulatory compliance, etc
