Jan. 2020Lawrenceville, Georgia-Spearhead development initiatives by cultivating and securing corporate sponsorships, managing donor relations for the Grizzly Club, and strategizing impactful fundraising campaigns. -Management of the sports communications team and operations, including sports information functions, GGCAthletics.com and GDN, sponsorships, communications, development, ticket office, ticket sales, and creative services. - Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns for each sports season, significantly boosting brand visibility and engagement for GGC Athletics. -Increase the positive competitive atmosphere at athletics contests and enhance the fan and student-athlete experience. - Oversees the following areas for athletics: Development, Marketing and Brand Strategy, Sports Communications, and Community Relations. -Lead content creation for digital and traditional media, including social media, video production, and print and outdoor advertising. -Improve fan and student-athlete experiences at athletic events by innovating engagement and promotional strategies. -Foster digital community engagement by initiating and managing collaborative projects with local organizations, effectively enhancing GGC Athletics' role and presence in the community through social media and online platforms. -Spearhead the creation of compelling digital content, including social media graphics, promotional videos, and digital ads, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging across all digital platforms. -Establish and direct the Grizzly Crew Sports Marketing Internship Program, focusing on digital marketing skills development, with 11 students trained in effective online marketing techniques since 2021.
