Guided content management priorities in a mixed contribution model, in which structured enterprise system data is integrated with manually-contributed unstructured data from about 150 people throughout the public television system. Wrote user stories/requirements, technical specifications, proposals, and wireframes to support enhancements and new features. Maintained backlog and performed research to prioritize updates to serve user needs. Developed and maintained product roadmap and managed agile sprints. Led daily scrums, sprint planning sessions, and sprint retrospectives and tracked team velocity for development teams. Supervised training, education, and outreach activities across the public television system through webinars, strategic communications, and in-person appearances. Managed staff of one FTE and multiple contract personnel.
