Key contributor/designer in writing Program and Project Requests for Proposals (RFP). Marketing Focus: Serve as an active corporate liaison with Medical client as the primary focus. Network with 70+ Medical Marketers to gain new business centered on short-term, long-term and sustained project needs. Analyze industry trends with marketing to help identify and fill gaps. Attend and participate in quarterly/monthly Global Marketing Team Meetings to identify partnership opportunities and to further integrate and develop businesses. Focus on New Business Development with additional Divisions by successfully prospecting, designing, implanting and driving projects with long-term sustainability. Training Focus: Lead a team of 7 Senior Sales Representatives responsible for developing, reviewing, revising, and implementing curricula with a goal of proactive, continuous improvement. Assimilate client training into team training processes. Serve as corporate liaison and training manager with Learning and Development Team. Sales Team Focus: Lead a Business to Business Inside Sales team of 7-15 sales associates as dictated by business needs, integrating the team services to meet staffing needs of 8 unique sales teams. Responsible for staffing, training, performance appraisals and quality assurance for entry level team members in order to prepare them for advancement into account management or project leader positions in health care (and other) industry. Maintain profitability by designing and managing resource tools
