• Successfully served as Interim HR Director for 11 months, overseeing all HR staff.
• Co-developed and delivered a Leadership Development Continuum to Management Team, including Senior Executive Team, focused on Employee Development & Performance Management, Business Needs Analysis & Strategic Staff Planning, Recruitment & Behavior Based Interviewing, and Employee Orientation & Integration. Trained 200+ Managers/Leaders.
• Led Employer of Choice/Employee Engagement initiatives, resulting in ENSR being a finalist for Fortune magazine's Top 100 Companies to Work For.
• Deployed to Main Hub office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Latin America to lead a major recruitment effort supporting a multinational environmental remediation project spanning 17 countries in Latin America and Caribbean, aiming to hire 100+ engineers and scientists within three months. Also incorporated new HR systems to support ongoing talent management efforts.
• Sourced, recruited, and onboarded 200+ Science and Engineering professionals in five-quarter period between FY 2004 and 1st quarter of 2005.
• Championed Diversity & Inclusion initiative, developing and delivering first corporate initiative that included Diversity & Inclusion Workshop delivered companywide, and launching Women's Mentoring initiative
