Responsible for global product strategy/vision, roadmap, sales/service enablement, marketing, revenue/profitability targets, and product lifecycle in an Agile/Scrum environment for IBM Kenexa Talent Acquisition Suite Responsibilities: Manage entire SDLC product lifecycle; gathering user requirements via client channels, sponsor user involvement, testing, pricing, documentation, enablement/training, and go-to-market strategy.
Ensure health and wellness of Enterprise Applicant tracking system, with more than 33 Million unique sessions per day, and successful hiring and onboarding of millions of candidates per year for global organizations. BrassRIng is available in 40 languages, and has clients in 150 countries.
Manage partner relationships for hundreds of integrations between BrassRing, HRIS, Video Interviews, AI, Background Checks, Assessments, and more
Perform competitive market analysis and research to identify market shifts and trends, creating comprehensive offerings. Work with Analysts in the space and brief on progress, new ideas, and what's to come.
Work intimately with clients, coordinating the Client Advisory Counsel, all Early Adopter programs, and conference speakers
Mentor Product Managers and Business Analysts on product management, analytics, and mobile design methodologies
Represent IBM at industry conferences, with multiple speaking engagements at IBM Think, and regional conferences
