Planned process summaries and schedules (effluents/ emissions/ chemicals/ catalysts/ utilities/ battery limits/ relief and blowdown). Reviewed all supplier submissions. Advised Project Engineer of all data deficiencies. Process studies for conceptual engineering. Technical writing/drawings: operating manuals, process specifications, design basis, P&IDs, PFDs, material selection, MFDs. Carried out unit(s) design work, and hazardous area classification, plot plans. Facilitated project reporting/ updates (team tasks, progress, costs, sub-contractor/ client change requests). Project Engineering roles for Construction projects: Equipment listings, line listings, red-lining and modification of drawings in support of construction work, materials and equipment verification, plot allocation per drawing specifications, equipment evaluation and selections, working on site to ensure drawing requirements, safety standards and specifications are appropriately implemented, equipment, piping and materials inspection, project progress report writing.
