I utilised my relationship with Huawei to strategically approach discussions to avoid bankruptcy as a mutual best out. I also turned around existing business to ensure continuation, setting the stage for future work engagements. In addition, I strengthened the brand image and achieved group objectives, deploying group policies within the territory with the Regional Managing Director. Specifically, I decided to favour the profit centre, warrantying the meeting of qualitative, quantitative, organisational, and financial objectives and developing and recovering the turnover and profitability. I also ensured commercial development through the diversification of business lines and clients. I defined the operational structure, providing the management of the teams and the right level of skills. In addition, I created and executed commercial policy, the action plan, and institutional, public, and private partnerships with clients.
Furthermore, I responded to calls to tenders while optimising all markets' profitability and working capital. I provided sales and business development on behalf of the product portfolio of Camusat, including the Power Supply on ESCO contracts, site build, equipment installation, solar power, and generators, including hybrids. Finally, I was in charge of the continuous ISO Certification process.
