I lead a small team (currently 2, but still growing!). • I opened up 3 new regions (Europe, Middle East & Africa, Asia);
• I grew funnel from $0 to $1.5 million USD within 12 months (across all regions);
• I maintain a close rate of around 30% for opportunities accepted into sales funnel;
• I led market research and analysis (customer validation);
• I initiated and delivered a project to identify 50%+ market share across my regions (TAM, SAM, TOM);
• Created, tested, and executed a strategic sales plan that expanded our customer base;
• I regularly meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs;
• I track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to Helm's goals;
• I recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled;
• I Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to close them;
• I oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly;
• I manage business development, account management, and implementation specialists to deliver customer success.
