I assisted clients from Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring they received the support they needed. To improve employee development strategies, I conducted thorough needs assessments to identify areas for enhancement. Feedback from session surveys was used to make our training programs even better. I developed and shared various training materials, such as handouts, manuals, and presentations, to support learning. Additionally, I maximized employee potential through coaching sessions, which helped improve overall organizational performance. I also created online course content using virtual platforms like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate and more, and conducted both classroom and one-on-one training sessions for new employees.
