In addition to training the international sales organisation, I took care of the conceptualisation of the new innovation, supporting sales in client and sales meetings, collaborating closely with product development and marketing. In this complex and versatile position the most important lessons came from my international sales organisation: development work with distributors, whole sellers, partners, and the global network made me a true international business professional. On top of my daily work, I led HygTech Alliance (www.hygtechalliance.com), consortium of six Finnish companies working for hygienic indoor environment in international markets.
