This position requires someone to be detail oriented, the ability to multi-task, and to work independently. Greets and directs walk-in traffic, provides assistance to the job applicants, and coordinates various drop-offs and pickups. Conduct all interviews and process paperwork for all candidates, both internal and external. Complete multiple reports that are based on each of the Staffing Managers performance and submit to corporate weekly. Running background checks, processing timesheets and submitting to payroll. Assist a team of 6 Staffing Managers, as well as the Lead Administrator and Branch Manager with many other administrative duties.
