Throughout 2011 was involved in establishing, writing and delivering a Sales Academy style training program for one of the UKs largest IT distributors throughout their UK and Ireland Offices. The course, endorsed by the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management combined classroom learning, coaching and online assessment. 2012-2013 wrote and delivered a year long training program for an International IT reseller who had just recruited 60 new graduate sale consultants. Trained and developed the 5 teams in Cold calling and account development techniques. This developed into delivering sales refresher course for up to 50 of the companies more experienced account managers throughout England and Scotland and also Sweden. Managed the successful achievement of £1M in Gross Profit for the first year from a standing start. 2013 roll out of a significant training program for all BT local Businesses throughout the UK – sponsored by Avaya was to upskill all BT LB's in the sales of Avaya switches. 2013-14 involved at board level with another technology based distributor in London advising and helping to select and promote a team of 5 team leaders. My remit was then to train and coach and manage the team leaders in the transition from team member to leading their peers. This was followed up by delivering ongoing sales refresher courses for all team members in line with objectives set with the new team leaders. 2015 – Involved within the IT/Technology sector advising and taking the lead within a London based client in Sales Competency assessment and performance management of a 30 strong sales team.

I was also involved in training all Celsius staff, new starters and experienced staff – this role also covered working with Howard Jackson Associates our sister company. I was heavily involved with internal staff 1 to 1 coaching session s which occurred weekly.
