This position included two areas of focus. 1 - I coordinated and monitored in-company on-job-training assignments for Saudia's management trainee program - Future Pioneers. This included identifying corporate division requirements and opportunities to match with individual education and experience, completing assignment / relocation processes, monitoring performance progress and providing periodic reports to executive management. The current group included 17 trainees and will extend through September.
2 - Operations support for Saudia's SkyTeam Office reporting to the Acting Manager. My projects included developing process maps, policy and procedures and position structure for Operations Expert for Saudia's SkyTeam Office. As senior member in the office, I was part of the transition from the Program Management Office which managed Saudia's restructuring program over organization, commercial and operations divisions. As our SkyTeam membership requirements became the priority, the office focus shifted to interface with all concerned divisions to meet SkyTeam membership requirements for joining. I now follow up on SkyTeam - Saudia communications and provide project support to other team members.
