Key Responsibilities and Impact: • Client management and relationship: Maintained close and continuous contact with clients, leading strategic meetings and regular check-ins to ensure consistent value delivery and alignment with business goals. • Customer Service and Success: Ensured all client expectations were met through proactive, transparent communication throughout the entire project lifecycle. • Onboarding and strategic implementation: Led and executed the onboarding of new clients, ensuring the effective implementation of V4 Company’s performance marketing methodology. • KPI and performance monitoring: Tracked and analyzed key performance indicators, providing strategic insights and reports to ensure goals were met and aligned with each client’s plan. • Project execution leadership: Managed the end-to-end project lifecycle, structuring clear briefs, timelines, and backlog prioritization to support efficient and high-quality delivery. • Deadline compliance and process optimization: Delivered all projects within set deadlines and quality standards, anticipating potential roadblocks and proposing proactive, strategic solutions. • Opportunity analysis and innovation: Used data insights and client feedback to identify new opportunities, reduce churn risk, and recommend initiatives to improve campaign performance and results.
