Ensuring a balance of leisure, travel, and meeting times. Communication and Client Service:
Serving as a point of contact for clients to address their needs and preferences.
Providing clients with information and updates about travel, accommodation, and activities. Logistics Management:
Overseeing the logistics of transport, accommodation, and activities to ensure timely and efficient service.
Handling any logistical challenges or emergencies that arise during the trip. Vendor Coordination:
Working with various vendors and service providers, such as tour operators, restaurants, and event managers.
Negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery. Budget and Expense Management:
Monitoring travel and accommodation expenses to ensure they align with budget constraints.
Handling invoicing and payment processes for all travel-related expenses. Documentation and Compliance:
Managing travel documents such as visas, passports, and travel insurance.
Ensuring compliance with travel regulations and safety standards.
