● Product leadership for the development of 15 new tech products, pricing and GTM strategies targeting growth segments
● Managed the sales team and key account relationships, resulting in distribution to over 200 accounts in Colorado
● Product management efforts earned recognition such as 14 first-place product competition awards, rapid market penetration, and capture of significant market share resulting in the company achieving cash flow in 18 months
