Jun. 2020 - Aug. 2021Tres Rios, Cartago, Costa RicaResponsible for setting out a clear vision for the specific SAP modules in LATAM, including a benchmark for end-user and superuser adoption and capability, a diagnosis of approach and market challenges, and implementation strategy for Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse & Distribution and Order to Cash.
Define a specific communication strategy relevant to the modules and LATAM that drives user adoption, effective usage of the modules, and the building of ongoing capability. Also support retrofit comms in the relevant SAP areas and the sharing of best practices.
Build a capability plan through market visits – create a training plan for Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse & Distribution and Order to Cash with advanced training in problem areas, support local super users, and coordinate this to delivery with the team.
Create and maintain a network across the area to facilitate the efficient collection of system or process requirements (Regional & Local).
Support Continuous Improvement Projects Globally and in the region. Carry out audits of relevant markets.
