Embracing client-centric design principles we developed an ancillary VAS software solution. Our clients can now benefit from an agile and cost-effective VAS service that offers frictionless B2C administration interactions. Under my leadership, the business transformed into an efficient and self-managing system where departments run as independent profit centres. The software platform also provided an opportunity to expand into Sub Saharan Africa, allowing for deployment of services in record time and at very low cost.
