Additionally, no ERP or any other major system other than QuickBooks Online. • Implemented initial ticketing system and then migrated to Zendesk (after scaling to 45 employees) which resulted in automated reporting and daily metric updates. • Implemented ADP to handle HR (handbook, performance reviews, etc.) resulting in a cost avoidance of $18,000 annual. • Accounting – Implemented a more granular chart of accounts to allow for better finance reporting (departmental revenue versus expense (including payroll), etc.). • Satisfaction surveys – Client and employee satisfaction surveys implemented, resulting in better qualitative decision making regarding morale, etc. • Implemented an ATS (applicant tracking system) resulting in a cost avoidance savings of $55,000 a year. • Implemented a training and conference budget, set at 5% of payroll, to provide proper training for our management. • Responsible for tableau data management and reports.
