-Organizing : 1.Sales force management : recruit and develop sales team. 2.Organizing supporting man power : workshop, warehouse, sparepart logistic, administration.
-Actuating : Execute sales, marketing, budget, operational cost strategy and company policy to achieve sales and profit target.
-Controlling :
1.Sales and marketing data analysis, 2.Financial report analysis.
3.Evaluate sales target
4.Evaluate and analyze budget, operational cost, and EBT
