Transformed the Chamber, repositioning it to focus on key sectors such as Capital Markets & Financial Services, Professional Services, Tourism and in providing value added Commercial Advice
Launched three new committees in order to provide a forum for exchange of ideas, trends solutions and barriers in areas such as Capital Markets & Financial Services, Corporate Social Responsibility and Human Resources
Worked closely with the top management of British multinationals including Anglo-American, HSBC, Rio Tinto, SAB Miller and Orient Express on both their own internal CSR strategies and on the external promotion of their activities as well as facilitating their involvement in Peru wide CSR initiatives
Increased Chamber income by over 40% in 1 year through recruitment of new members and designing, launching and selling a new annual sponsorship package for top Anglo-Peruvian companies
Built a wide network of key contacts in top British, Peruvian and International firms as well as in the Public sector through Strategic Alliances
