Christine Stayte is an experienced educator, Educational leader, School Improvement Leader, Education for Sustainability expert and UN Climate Change Educator. Christine has the experience of 37+ years as a teacher, curriculum coordinator, administrator, director and PYP Principal including 5 years’ experience as an international educational consultant in school improvement and 14 years´ experience as Primary and Early Years Principal in Peru and Indonesia. She has experience in teaching and leading in the British national Curriculum, Queensland Education System, the Egyptian National Education System, the Qatar ‘Education for a New Era’ Education Reform, Inquiry Based Education and the PYP Curriculum. As a school leader and educational consultant she has experience in: Liaising with clients, colleagues, and competitors in a variety of social and professional environments including International companies, government agencies, education departments, school administrators, parents and students. Leading and managing a teams of international educational consultants, in managing teams of curriculum consultants in schools implementing a new curriculum; experience in leading and managing teachers in small Catholic schools in Queensland. Developing and delivering Professional Development to all levels of staff and parents including curriculum, pastoral care, change management, developing professional learning communities, Education for Sustainable Development, assessment, reporting, strategic planning, recruitment, performance management, human resources, marketing, public relations, event management and fundraising. Delivering Teacher Training in previously mentioned areas in Australia (Brisbane Catholic Education), Egypt (CIS Accreditation), Peru (LAHC), Qatar (Supreme Education Council) and Lebanon (Iraqi Ministry of Education).
