My additional responsibilities included coordinating position and competency modeling, assessment, and development processes for employees across multiple levels, directing the construction and delivery of all onboarding, leadership skill, leadership-management coaching, technical enablement, college-graduate recruitment, and team development initiatives, collaborating with global HRBP’s and business leaders to drive long-term success, and overseeing all third-party vendor partnerships. • Restructured the training delivery model resulting in a savings of $5.6M annually.
• Piloted the usage of the Predictive Index assessment for hiring, individual and team development, and staffing.
• Co-designed and actualized the first 360-review of field service managers and consultants.
• Organized the annual leadership summit for company’s top 200 leaders.
