TFE has more than 2200 team members in 70 key properties around the world. - Since joining the TFE I have hired and built new teams, instituted training procedures and also workflows to ensure the space runs the best that it can. The results have been the hotel hitting and excelling revenue and cost targets, which has never been achieved before. Whilst under my management I have built upon and exceeded forecasted and budgeted targets.
- During new venue openings, I supported the onsite staff to ensure the space was run optimally.
- I was invited and am part of the Hotel Group’s select “Think Tank” representing Food & Beverage, working with other executives in the Group to explore new and innovative ideas that could benefit the company.
- I ensured that the front of house and back of house staff including reception and hotel rooms, food and beverage, head chef and chefs, all have access to updated information on new products, new workflows, and any improvements we have made to maximise the quality of service and experience guests receive and results we achieve.
