As part of the Northeast - Talent Group in NYC, my primary core responsibilities are:
• Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting and high-volume sourcing of qualified candidates for open positions in the areas of Treasury, Risk, Finance Change, Audit, Technology, Compliance and Regulatory Reporting, utilizing a variety of sources including LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Diva, Google, Facebook, Twitter, employee referrals, social networking, etc.
• Candidate management and screening; from initial contact to placement, including executive coaching, interview scheduling process, compensation/benefits negotiation, extension of job offers, on boarding, off boarding and training. • Lead Recruiter with oversight on delegation of priority jobs to other team members. Devised and implemented sourcing strategy for each search. Led intake meetings with hiring managers and developed targeted job descriptions.
• Devised and conducted effective/efficient research activities, candidate pipelining and succession solutions; created and maintained close relationships with long term prospects; ongoing monitoring and knowledge of the market and potential candidates.
• Assisted Director of Sales with sales and recruiting from a resource allocation perspective, RFP pricing bids and proposals as well as final team selection. • Additionally, engaged in the sourcing, screening and qualifying of candidates for Software Engineers, Developers, SDET, Automation Tester, Mainframe System Programmer, Solutions Architect, IT Project Coordinator, Web Developers, etc. roles for FINRA (NY & MD), Amadeus IT Group (MA), PHEAA (PA) and GP Strategies (VA).
