• Achieved 98% clinician retention and 95% contract renewal by developing new processes to stabilize income during seasonal slowdowns.
• Negotiated and secured long-term contracts to ensure continued growth for years to come by building relationships and instilling confidence in our business partners.
• Supported remote employees across twenty-two states by securing business licenses, ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws, and managing state-specific payroll and benefits laws for remote workers.
