• Implemented the Project Management Office - PMO in Brazil in an integrated manner with the headquarters in France, providing successful portfolio management of more than 30 projects and a total of more than 50 Million Euros per year.
• Elaborated investment proposals for new CAPEX projects using the AHP methodology for the composition of the ideal Portfolio, created the OKRs and KPIs for engineering and projects, generating visibility and guiding strategic decisions.
• Managed the Portfolio and Projects, using FEL tools, Risk Analysis, WBS, Scope and Schedule Management, exceeding expectations of senior management in terms of costs, deadlines and project deliveries.
• Managed the program and complex projects for innovation, processes, packaging and automation in a hybrid, agile and flexible way, taking advantage of market opportunities and adapting to customers' needs • Led a project to review the complete layout of a factory, master plan, strengthening relationships and negotiating with all Stakeholders, making it possible to execute the projects and maintain production and supply to the market.
• Temporarily acted as manager of Danone's UHT beverage manufacturing operation in a copacker, optimizing manufacturing and operation processes, generating cost savings of 7.3% and enabling the launch of 3 new products.
