Directed internal corporate IT for 9 offices in 4 states and 4 countries, sourcing, verifying, and contracting with third parties to provide technical assistance and managing WAN build out across 9 offices. * Grew revenues from several million dollars to hundreds of million in 3 years by building out key technologies.
- Set foundation for new business unit and revenue source by planning and building scalable next generation advertising server with demographic, behavioral, and contextual targeting capabilities and advertiser and publisher self-service models akin to Google and Yahoo.
- Enabled dropping of 19+ billion behavioral tags on 118+ million unique users across 47 million unique URLs per month by integrating behavioral tagging technology into data network. * Raised product pricing in 6 months by designing and implementing 3rd- party contextual targeting product. * Saved several hundred thousand dollars annually and sped contextualization process 22-fold through design and launch of proprietary contextual targeting product. * Achieved zero downtime in core product service levels by designing and managing build of monitoring and alert processes.
