1. Rendering an efficient and cost effective service in the liquidation of a Section of deceased estates and supporting the Management in attaining the objectives set down for the Branch, linking this at all possible time to the promotion of banking and ancillary business within the Group. 2. Liquidation of section of deceased estates on an independent basis
3. Attainment of all targets set 4. Liaison with internal: management, personal assistants, estate processing department and other trust officers; external: beneficiaries, conveyancers, banking branches, stockbrokers, Master of the High Court, auctioneers, receiver of revenue, appraisers, SBFC and Trust department. 5. Regular contact with clients, immediate response to all client requirements, minimise of complaints, courteous and efficient service, write monthly progress reports to clients. 6. Influence co-workers to practise and promote teamwork 7. Secure Wills and Leads to SBFC 8. Reporting estates, attending to tax returns, lodging liquidation and distribution accounts, handling sundry matters and overdue estates in the minimum amount of time. 9. Action reports by agreed time. 10. Adhere to compliance procedures.
