-Brought together an executive chef, a chief stewardess and a head housekeeper to lead a methodical, detail-oriented and professional front-of-house team.
-In charge of etiquette and protocol. -Arranged table settings and floral designs, coordinated wine, cocktail and cigar service. -Coordinated silver-service meals and made sure all guest preferences were considered.
-Collaborated with multi-national teams to create bespoke, luxurious and well-run events.
-Skillfully catered to special requests of ultra high net worth individuals (UHNW), MENA clientele, CEOs, artists and celebrities.
-Balanced department budgets, expense reports, corporate credit cards and inventories.
-Procured amenities, furniture, electronics, Great Wines and IT parts.
-Developed efficiency tools and corporate processes including to-do lists, on-boarding programs, manuals, etc.
-Scheduled maintenance of guest areas for repairs, carpentry, paint jobs, mechanical or IT issues. -Coordinated housekeeping to ensure world-class luxury accommodations were perfectly maintained and up-kept.
-Troubleshot IT, home entertainment and smart systems (Crestron, Sonos).
-Created inventory management and tracking systems.
-Evacuated around 100 people, including MENA Royalty and staff, and secured the Island for Hurricane Irma.
