The work was done by the ITU-R Study Group 4, Working Party 4C as well during the period of 2008-2012.Within that scope I managed several meetings to produce input and position of the APT member states which will be brought up as the APT proposal for the WRC2012. It was a good and challenging task since the agenda item 1.25 brought so much controversy within the APT. The bands being identified for the future MSS are mostly already allocated and brought into use by other services on national and regional base. Another good point was that APT members could resume and conclude their discussion very elegantly and on the base of consensus.
