Under my leadership, Adventus Professional Services became a highly profitable division within the group, driving measurable growth and operational excellence. Building on my BPO background, I began my international education journey at Acumen (Sannam S4 Group) as Chief Operating Officer, where I built and scaled admissions processing, credibility interview services, and in-country recruitment (ICR) support models. These initiatives delivered sustained revenue growth, improved EBITDA, and enabled operational scale across multiple geographies. With over 25 years of leadership experience across BPO, global services, and multi-market delivery, I specialise in transforming complex, people-intensive processes through a blend of deep domain expertise and intelligent automation creating platforms that are scalable, defensible, and commercially sustainable.
