Recruited by Group VP to lead the vital buildout of an agile, results-oriented Capture Program across Federal Civilian, DoD, and SLG, including the formation of the Strategic Partnership and Small Business Program (incubator for teaming relationships/alliances). Served as an intermediary between static functional teams (e.g., Operations, Solutions, Digital/Technology, Marketing, Legal, and Training) throughout the pre- and post-contract award spectrum. Key Accomplishments: Responsible for cross-collaborating with three dedicated senior BD executives to secure ~$83M in new contracts, primarily in the Federal Civilian and SLG arenas.
As a key player on the deal team, I co-led the acquisition of a Surge Support Contact Center BPA with FEMA, worth $228M over five years, with approximately $24M in call order contracts secured during my tenure, and separate surge support call center contracts with the States of SC and WI, totaling $35M.
Launched the Strategic Partnership and Small Business Program, encompassing 50 organizations with expansive capabilities.
One of the founding PS Engage Team members charged with shepherding the business from an opportunistic to a proactive growth posture. Directly responsible for winning the largest subcontract in the PS Engage segment in 2022 - $16.2M via a tribally-owned 8(a) alliance partner.
Conduit for the infusion of contact center technology platforms, including Amazon Connect, Humanify-G/Cisco, and Genesys, into integrated (people + technology) deals within the PS Engage environment in concert with our Digital and expanded pursuit teams.
