Strategic Projects & Operational Excellence -Lead TA-side efforts for regional expansion in ARG, ensuring prioritization of local talent, alignment with hiring needs, and weekly reporting on demand, pipelines, and blockers. -Manage recruitment integration for Neoris across LATAM, including training, process alignment, documentation, and operational support. Process Improvement, Reporting & Analytics -Build and maintain LATAM-wide TA workflows, templates, training materials, and candidate communication guides used to standardize processes and improve efficiency. -Develop weekly and monthly performance reports, and insights on KPIs, hiring pipelines, and team performance. -Oversee monthly bonus calculations in partnership with HR, validating KPIs and ensuring accuracy before sharing with the LATAM TA Director. Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Regional Collaboration -Collaborate with leaders across LATAM and global partners to align hiring priorities, solve escalations, and strengthen delivery capabilities. -Provide visibility into TA performance and hiring progress through structured reports, presentations, and data-driven recommendations.
