Jul. 2022 - Nov. 2024Bogotá, Capital District, Colombia-Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both national and international positions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. -Lead a team of three recruiters, driving strategic hiring initiatives, process optimization, and performance excellence. -Mentor and train team members to support their development, boost performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. -Specialize in IT recruitment, with a strong focus on Backend, DevOps, Frontend, and QA roles across diverse technologies and seniority levels. -Conduct 1:1s with team members, supporting career development, performance tracking, and compensation campaigns across the talent pool. -Serve as the Point of Contact (POC) for the Back-end Practice (Python, Scala, Go, Perl, Java, .NET, etc.), owning recruitment strategy, stakeholder engagement, and talent mapping in this area. -Lead regular syncs with Practice Leads to align on hiring strategies, project opportunities, and evolving technical needs. -Handle escalation meetings with project teams and clients to address hiring challenges and ensure service alignment. -Conduct exit interviews to collect valuable market insights across Latin America, contributing to talent strategy refinement. -Responsible for integrating the Brazil Talent Acquisition team during the Neoris acquisition, ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment with EPAM standards. -Support onboarding and performance improvement of new joiners and existing team members through ongoing mentoring and training initiatives.
