Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Recommending additional Digicel services to existing customers to enhance their current packages. Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding established sales targets set by Digicel Jamaica to drive revenue growth. Maintaining Accurate Records: Documenting sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes for reporting purposes. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
