As general manager I was responsible for setting up and executing the strategy for the subsidiary, creating new ways to increase the services sold to current customers, as well as attracting new ones while warranting all compliance requirements from VISA, MasterCard and other third parties. -Successfully implemented technology system migrations in six different countries with distributed teams in Argentina, India, Singapore and US. -Built a new certified card personalization center according to VISA/MasterCard IT & security specifications, that generated US$ 600,000 of income per year. -Saved $950,000 in payroll cost by leading the final stages of an operational migration from systems locally operated in Panama to services provided by Argentina.. -Successfully led the negotiation of contract service level agreements with internal and external clients. -Responsible for the compliance of SLAs of system availability, performance as well as incident resolution times.

The total savings were close to US$ 4,200,000.
