Benefits administration with responsibility for the relationship management, performance and contracts of >25 third parties, including TPAs, recordkeepers, and consulting firms. Change management, innovation, and influence related to health and wealth programs, as well as served as a member of M&A benefits team for >10 acquisitions. Implementation of HRIS-Benefits Administration module for US and Canada, serving as subject matter expert (SME) for a significant global HRIS/HCM implementation to Oracle Fusion from multiple systems. Regulatory compliance with expertise with ACA, IRS Section 125, HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, and ADA.
