Partnered with global and regional leadership to ensure business continuity and capability building in a high-growth, multi-country context. 1. Designed and implemented regional talent processes (Talent Review, Succession Planning, Development Plans) covering 100% of key positions, ensuring readiness for future leadership needs. 2. Created a unified leadership development framework deployed across 18 countries, increasing leadership bench strength by 20% in two years.
3. Standardized performance evaluation and potential assessment tools, enabling data-driven decision-making at local, regional, and global levels. 4. Responsible for LATAM HR Regional Projects: Implementation of Success Factors Performance and Learning Management System Modules and Office 365 (Change Management). 5. Responsible for the D&I initiatives focused on women. Created the “Women @ Sika” program which had as a goal the empowerment of female employees in LATAM, through a defined learning roadmap which included coaching, sponsorship, and visibility with higher management. - Women In Sales Force: Regional exchange 18-month program that connected women engineers with Sika Processes. - Women in R&D: Regional exchange program that recruited PHD women in Chemistry or Engineering and allowed them to gain knowledge and design and implement a project for the company. - Developed the first Sika Global Virtual D&I training for HR and Hiring Managers, through Articulate 360.
