The platform supported thousands of daily tenant interactions, enabling access to building services such as gyms, restaurants, events, wellness programs, and during the pandemic, in-app food purchasing with desk delivery and integrated payments. Worked directly with NYC stakeholders while fully remote, delivering critical features under tight timelines during COVID when the application became a core operational channel for tenants.
