Power Play Consulting Company was established in March 2019. Power Play is a consultancy company that relies on nearly 25 years of experience in customer related operations. As a founder of a company, I have been in a position to lead several contact centers and CX programs with in a Tel-co industry, Banking and National Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Learning through the process of innovating a Contact center activities, being a CX pioneer in industry by running my first CX program in 2008 and delivering CX programs in several organizations, running customer centric programs and digital transformation programs, makes me an expert in both CX and Operational management. Power Play offers consultancy to its partners by delivering best practice and proposing best solutions in order to improve CX, cut operational costs, and improve efficiency. We believe that CX and Operational excellence are always in a huge focus of every organization and we believe that support from outside of the organization could be crucial in order to recognize potential gaps in company's procedures, processes and operations relating to customer experience. By doing what customer ask you to do is simply not good enough and therefore, we strive to offer tailor made solutions to our clients and partners. By doing so we strive to create the most memorable experience for every customer. Efficiency and organization’s profits are also on top of our list.
