• Own integrated marketing campaign planning and execution, running activity across digital and traditional platforms, tracking performance metrics, and building brand visibility in a competitive market.
• Build and optimise Route-to-Market strategies, driving market mapping and distributor network development to strengthen coverage across South Sudan.
• Drive demand fulfilment planning, budgeting, and performance review cycles ensuring operational efficiency and cost discipline in a challenging logistics environment.
• Build, coach, and manage the sales and marketing team, setting clear goals, designing incentive schemes, and running development programmes to grow internal capability.
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitive intelligence gathering to sharpen strategy, spot growth opportunities, and adjust pricing to market realities.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, distributors, and agency partners, keeping business development active and service quality high.
