Prepared and presented quarterly board packages and financials to the Board of Directors for company with private equity ownership status. Collaborated with c-level partners and leadership on tax distributions, equity balance, and other strategic initiatives. Led leadership team of 4 global controllers in monthly reporting. Established automated, consolidated financial statements worldwide, on track with projections to slash closing time by 20 days ► Enabled competitive status for 4 companies (India, China, UK, and US) in global market by implementing new version of BlueCherry Infinity, including integration of MicroStrategy Analytics Platform with BlueCherry database and ERP system, enabling real-time business intelligence. Took system live November 2015. ► E-commerce site and SaaS solution built on Demandware Genesis 2.0 platform, also leveraged Demandware’s Order Management System (formerly MainStreet) as integrated solution with the Genesis 2.0 webstore. - 3rd party applications and functions (some as Certified Partners) included Avalara (sales data and regulations), CyberSource (payment gateway), PayPal (payment solution), BazaarVoice (website ratings/reviews), 500Friends (reward and loyalty program), Olapic (user generated content, i.e. Instagram and social media), WordPress (blog hosting), BorderFree (international shipping), and Bronto (email service provider).
